Overview:

 

The Sales and Advertising Vice-President is responsible for establishing company marketing objectives and implementing marketing plans, events, campaigns, and programs to increase brand awareness. The incumbent is required to forecast, budget, and allocate material, human, and financial resources of the marketing department to achieve the company’s marketing objectives.

 

The Sales and Advertising Vice-President will participate in quarterly and annual planning of company objectives, set current and long-term goals, analyze the market and competition, and build relationships with media, PR, and other internal and external stakeholders. This position will have authority to authorize and organize departments and associated positions, approve promotional campaigns, and overall personnel planning.

 

Duties: 

 

  • Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and achieve company marketing objectives

  • Formulate and approve marketing-related events, campaigns, programs, and promotions

  • Set current and long-term goals for internal teams

  • Design and review the marketing department’s budget

  • Build relationships with media and stakeholders through creative PR strategies

  • Monitor and improve on all marketing campaigns and initiatives

  • Represent the company and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across regions

  • Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations and marketing metrics for the CEO

  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth

  • Track and analyze competitor activities

  • Provide guidance and ideas to organize effective marketing events

  • Forecast material, human resources, and financial needs for the marketing department

  • Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the company’s objectives

  • Keep abreast of developments in the iGaming industry and marketing trends

 

Requirements: 

 

  • 5 years of experience in a management capacity in corporate environment

  • 5 years of experience with a Gaming company and extensive knowledge of the iGaming industry

  • Demonstrated ability to solve multiple problems and deliver results to different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

  • Superb organizational and time management skills

  • Immaculate attention to detail

  • Proven problem solving skills
