The Treasury and Administrative Services Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the administration of treasury banking services at NSUS Group, including the operations, payments, records management, personnel, and all administrative services in this function. The incumbent will direct and advise staff in all administration of the Treasury function, ensuring accurate and timely recording and reporting of treasury operations. The incumbent will supervise, coach, develop and lead the recruitment of department staff. In addition, the Treasury and Administrative Services Manager will analyze, create, and implement systems and controls to improve operational efficiency.




  • Plan, direct, oversee, and supervise treasury banking operations and administrative services

  • Maintain and ensure treasury operations and records management

  • Build, rollout, maintain, and control compliance procedures related to treasury banking operations

  • Ensure compliance and accuracy in treasury and finance reports, figures, and postings

  • Direct and advise staff in records, treasury banking, and finance functions

  • Manage budget, equipment, and resources of the treasury function

  • Oversee daily treasury operations, reviewing escalations such as errors, absences and/or invalid information and resolve discrepancies

  • Support bank reconciliations processes

  • Manage due diligences, applications, communications, issues and resolutions with banks

  • Supervise daily operations of invoices, accounts payables and receivables

  • Lead in projections and reconciliations

  • Supervise, interview, hire, coach and develop Treasury and Finance Services staff

  • Prepare reports and briefs for management




  • A bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years of experience in a management role in financial or administrative services in a corporate environment

  • 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry in a financial or administrative capacity or extensive knowledge and experience in the iGaming industry

  • Immaculate attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to solve multiple problems and deliver results to different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

  • Superb organizational and time management skills
